Electrophobia ? Help for Electrophobia

What is Electrophobia ?

Electrophobia- Fear of electricity.

Treatment of Electrophobia

Usually Breathing technique involves becoming aware that the diaphragm should be involved in breathing since, in most cases, adults rely on the chest and rib cage to force air into and out of the lungs.

In chest breathing, the process is rapid and shallow and the lungs fail to empty properly and this is the method resorted to at times of physical and psychological stress. However, if used continually it becomes a cause of stress in itself, and this is a particular risk for phobic people, many of whom tend to hyperventilate or breathe wrongly as a result of extreme fear.
